Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $49.5 (U.S. only)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
